  • Do you take custom orders?
    Yes, I do! Based on order volume and availability I do take custom orders. I may not be able to accommodate all custom requests at all times in the year however. Please contact me at least one month before your special date for all custom requests. All custom orders must be invoiced and paid for prior to being started. A conversation, inquiry or receipt of an invoice does not constitute a confirmed order. If you have discussed a custom request but not yet received your invoice, kindly reach out to us at or Dm us on Instagram.
  • What is the fulfillment time.
    Within 14 days. At peak times of the year, possibly a week longer.
  • Do you offer local pickup?
    Yes. If you are in Edmonton, Albertra area you are welcome to pick up your order. When your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email confirmation with the pick up address . Or if you prefer I can meet at a nearby landmark. You may either confirm a pick-up window with us or ask to have your order placed on the porch for pick up.
  • How long is shipping?
    We use Canada Post and their current delivery time is estimated between 2-4 days for Domestic Shipping and 4-6 business days for orders sent to the U.S. However, weather and mail volume can affect delivery times. If your order has not arrived within 14 days, it may have gotten lost in the mail. Please be advised that we recommend choosing tracked and insured shipping for your protection in the rare case that your package gets lost
  • Do you do returns or exchanges?
    We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if you are unsatisfied with your new bow for any reason, please email us at
